Founded in 2022 by filmmaker Ann Allsopp, Psychopomp Pictures is an independent production company dedicated to cultivating compelling stories with fresh perspectives.
The company champions thought-provoking storytelling, fresh approaches to genre, and amplifying underrepresented voices on both sides of the camera.
Ann is an award-winning writer, director, and producer based in Denver, CO. Her credits include projects for National Geographic, A&E, MrBeast, and national commercial campaigns. She brings a collaborative spirit to every production and loves working across formats—from commercials and music videos to short films and indie features.
Before founding Psychopomp Pictures, Ann spent a decade producing marketing campaigns and digital content for international brands. She holds a degree in Advertising from Florida State University and completed the Writing/Directing program at Colorado Film School in 2023.
